Brugmansia Miner's Claim

Brugmansia 'Miner's Claim' (Variegated Angel's Trumpet) is a variegated form of 'Frosty Pink' with broad creamy-yellow to ivory-white margined foliage and salmon-pink flowers. It is an evergreen shrub or small tree that grows to 3-6 meters tall by 2 meters wide and is festooned with long flared pink flowers in summer to first frost. Its large widely-flared pendulous pale pink flowers darken with age and are greatly accentuated by its large dark green leaves. It will take sun or shade with filtered light proffered and moderate water. Although it is hardy to about 20-25 degrees F, it usually will go semi-deciduous in the winter. Angel's Trumpet is one of the common names for Brugmansia, a genus in the Potato Family (Solanaceae) that has 5 species, all from South America. We sell this rare plant in one gallon containers.
