Beaucarnia recurvata, commonly called “Ponytail Palm” is not even closely related to palms but is in the Asparagaceae family. It is a native to eastern Mexico and one of the easiest exotics to grow. It makes a wonderful houseplant and can even be grown outside tolerating lows down into the twenties. We offer this wonderful tree in 8” containers at approximately 24”-30” tall, they are already showing a nice 6-8” diameter caudex. These beauties are uncommon in the plant trade and will not last long!
